THERE I WAS

There i was, surrounded by people who were thirst by entertainment. For what I've seen and heard were beyond my expectation. Saturday night at One Utama Shopping Mall has open up my sight and mind about young people in this country especially Muslims. How their thirst and lust for entertainment have blinded their sight and reasoning. Oh my, I'm living with them. What am i thinking? Amazingly, among those crowded people, i hardly can find any chinese or indian people. Well, to defy their existence completely it would be impossible. Those crowded people majority were Malay and Muslims dressed up indecently far away from my expectation and perhaps yours too. Well, it was a bit shocking for me but not entirely. It was around 11 pm. The Fly FM mini concert was about to end. There was this music called "shuffle" i guess. I don't know how to spell this correctly. People were going crazy. They were dancing and shouting and they forgot who they are. and their existence in this world. There was this group of Muslim girls and some of them were wearing short skirt and they were dancing. Behind me i overheard some Muslims talking. One of them said this, "Wei ada arak dowh. Aku xtaw pon ada arak. Jom ah gi amek. Ada lagi tue." I turn back and they were leaving and my sight was focused to a nearby canopy which was serving liquor. It is prohibitted to serve liquor to Muslims and yet they were serving it to Muslims. What has happen to this country? What has happen to the Muslims in this country? Are we so cheap that we can sell our belief over something temporarily fun? What makes us different from others? Seeing this has made me terrified with the world I'm living. It is not just about us. Its about them, the future generation. Our son, our daughter and our grandchildren. Think about them living in this sick society. To blame someone over this would be unjust. This is our mistakes. We made this society as what it is now. Instead of blaming everybody, why not we make our own move. Change ourself, change our family and change who are closest to us. Rooted back to teaching of Islam, the Hadeeth of the Prophet SAW and the Holy Book of Al-Quran. Verily the Holy Prophet has said,"I left you two things. If you stick with those two you will not lost forever, Al-Quran and As-Sunnah."

Ponder this my friends,"Today is bright. Tomorrow might be bright but it will not be bright forever. Therefore prepare ourself with all that we have not for us but for them who will inherit from us."

SOMETHING ABOUT LOVE

KOMENASAI

It has been awhile since the last post. Final examination for semester 1 2008/2009 just ended. What a relief! Holiday just began and it is boring as ever. I've decided not going home and being a squatter in campus, well at least for the time being. What a pain in the ass!Study was a bit distracting for the last two semesters and i don't know whether I'm able to be in the campus next semester. I don't really know what has gotten into me. I've no problem with all the subjects I've taken up until now. The problem lies within myself and i know that very well. Would it be a matter if i fix the problem?Would it be too late?If that so, I'm a disappointment to everyone. No, i won't let it comes to that stage. I'll fix it whether or not it's too late. It won't be a matter to me. If i keep running away, nothing would change. I was punished for the mistake I've made and i accepted it with open heart and for that, i have ready myself. I'll run again with everybody and I'll never look back no matter what will happen!Wait for me, EVERYBODY!

ARE WE FRIENDS?

This was the picture i took during appreciation dinner at D Palma Hotel 3 month ago.Looking at it,I've realized something about friends and friendship. We may have a lot of friends to hang around,to joking around and to do almost everything. But the question is are we friends? What is friend stands for?To hang around? To joking around? To do what exactly?

Well, there is a saying,"a friend in need is a friend indeed."Basically, that is what we call a friend. A friend is suppose to be someone that we can depend on and not just being there only to hang around. A friend is someone who always stand by us regardless of circumtances and situation that we involved in. A friend is someone who laugh when we made stupid jokes. A friend is someone who corrects us when we made mistakes. A friend is someone who appreciates us as what we are. These are friends. I'm speaking my mind not just because it tells me to do. I'm telling this base on my experiences. I've friends. To me friends are everything. Sometimes when we have problems, we seek friends for advices and for their helps eventhough we have parents on our side all the way along. But know this as well. Not all friends are friends. Some friends turn out to be our foes and some foes turn out to be our friends. I've friend back there when i was in secondary school. A really good friend but it turn out that he was backstabbing me. For the last 5 month i've been working, i met some of good friends too. That was what i thought at the beginning. Unfortunately, they have broken that trust i've put in them by backstabbing me and my other friend. Indeed they are friends but not friends. I've learned friendship the hard way but i'm grateful for that because i've friends now.

Ponder this my friends. This is a quote by a well known scholar. He said that,"know your enemy before your allies."

IT IS THE NEW BEGINNING OF AN END

Well,an end is not necessary be the end of everything. For an example, changes need an end to something old, something out-dated,something bad.It is an end to a new beginning.People change a lot due to some apparent reasons and due to circumstances. It is like a caterpillar changes to a beautiful butterfly.I've seen people changed. Some are close to me and some not.The thing is,do we accept changes from the people who are close to us?I've learnt a lot. Some changes i accept with arms wide open and some i reject simply because i do not like it although those changes were really good changes.Time passing by and without noticing it,i've already accept changes i rejected before. The question is why?It is simply because people are accepting changes. It is basic human nature.People need to change to become better persons.Although it seems to reject at the beginning,it is only an end to a new beginning. It is all about acceptability and adaptibility. What is needed is time to accept and to adapt.

Well, enough saying for now.Looking foward to the next post (^_^)
