ASTONISHING!

Last week i went to Subang to be one of the crews in a Futsal Tournament organized by Ambank Group. The venue of the tournament was at HTO de Futsal in Subang USJ. It was one of the excitement events i've ever seen in a Futsal Tournament. The tournament was divided into 3 categories which are Mens Open, Women Opens and Veterans. The first day of the tournament was for Mens Open category. 32 teams competing for group stage. I was assigned to Group E consisting of Eon Bank Team, Ambank B team, Standard Charted Bank Team and HSBC Team. The most notable team was the Eon Bank Team. They have won all three games with 18 goals. The key player of the team had score 13 goals in three games. Indeed he was a very skillful player and i really enjoyed watching him played. There were also a few incidents including one of the player of Ambank B Team had a dislocated shoulder. It was pitty for him actually as he was the key player of Ambank B Team. Well, that is football. You will never know what will happen to you when you are in the pitch.

The second day of the tournament i was assigned to Group E of Women Open. One thing that really amazed me that day was the quality of the futsal matches showed by the women team. Wow! They were really good at handling ball and shooting accuracy. I think if they played against men, the result outcome will most probably went to either side. It was awesome and entertaining. The most notable team was the RHB Team. With some quality passing and shooting accuracy, they were managed to be leader for Group E. Later on, i was assigned to be the crew for Final Match in Women Open between RHB and CIMB. The game was tied to penalty and once again the RHB Team has proven their quality and was crowned as the winner. What a tremendous match!

At the end of the tournament, the winner for Mens Open was The CIMB A Team and for Veterans it went to Public Bank. Both matches were really entertaining. The passion and excitement were undeniable. It was truly a quality matches and totally astonishing. I was glad to be one of the crews because for the matches i've seen, i believe that our future for futsal and even football is bright.
